Qi XU is an associate professor of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation. She is a member of the Key Laboratory of Image Processing and Intelligent Control, Ministry of Education.

Her research interests include neuromodulation stimulation, wireless power transfer, and implantable biomedical devices. Specific initiatives that she has pursued include: function neuromuscular stimulation, epidural spinal cord stimulation, transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation, focused ultrasound-induced neuromodulation, transcutaneously wireless power transfer. She has published in the areas of implantable biomedical device, epidural spinal cord stimulation, and wireless power transfer, etc.
